Privacy Statement

  1. Zaluti Ltd attaches great importance to the protection of the personal data entrusted to it. This document sets out the privacy policy in which clear and transparent information is provided on how personal data are being handled.
  2. Zaluti Ltd does everything to ensure privacy and therefore handles personal data carefully. Zaluti Ltd adheres to applicable laws and regulations in all cases, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This implies, among other things, that we at least:
    1. Process Personal data in accordance with the purpose for which it was provided. These goals and type of personal data are described in this privacy policy.
    2. Limit the use of personal data to only those data which are minimally necessary for the purposes for which they are processed.
    3. Request explicit permission from the data subjects for the processing of personal data, except in cases that are in accordance with the purpose or directly derive from the law.
    4. Have taken appropriate technical and/or organizational measures to ensure the security of personal data.
    5. Do not pass on personal data to other parties, unless this is necessary for the execution of the purpose for which they were provided, or is required by law.
    6. Are aware of the rights of data subjects regarding the personal data and to respect them.

  4. Which personal information?
    Zaluti Ltd processes the following personal data as provided: last name, initials, bank account number, postal address, e-mail address, telephone number.
  5. For what purpose do we process these personal data for? Personal data provided to Zaluti Ltd are processed for the purpose of carrying out a correct (financial) administration and the (internal) management of Zaluti Ltd. E-mail addresses, after permission, can be used for sending newsletters. In addition, personal data may be used for so-called Tracking Cookies. View therefore our cookie statement.
  6. Provision to third parties.
    The data provided to Zaluti Ltd can be provided to a third party if this is necessary for the implementation of the above described purpose, or is required by law. Zaluti Ltd will not pass personal data to other parties with whom we have not entered into a processor agreement. The necessary agreements are made with these parties (processors) to guarantee the security of personal data.
  7. Minors
    Zaluti Ltd will only process personal data of minors (persons younger than 16 years) if written permission has been given by the parent, caregiver of legal representative.
  8. Medical data
    In case medical information is provided to Zaluti Ltd, these medical data will not be stored unless the person concerned has requested and consented. In any case, medical data are removed after 12 months.
  9. Storage period
    Zaluti Ltd does not store personal data longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was provided or required by law. For clients who regularly purchase Zaluti Ltd products, Zaluti Ltd keeps the personal data as long as the customer relationship continues to exist. After the end of that relationship, the data are retained for a maximum period of 7 years and then deleted. The personal data used for sending newsletters are only retained for as long as the person who wish to receive newsletters. Unsubscribe is always possible.   10. Security
    Zaluti Ltd has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unlawful processing, including the following measures;
    1. Only personnel of Zaluti Ltd has access and has signed a confidentiality agreement.
    2. Data are securely stored in software from reputable companies such as Perfect View.
    3. The spaces where computers, servers and filing cabinets are located are sufficiently protected against burglary.
    In case of a data leak, Zaluti Ltd will inform the Dutch Authority on Personal Data and the person(s) involved.
  11. Rights concerning your data
    Everyone has the right to inspect, rectify or delete its personal data, insofar as this is not contrary to any statutory provision. Everyone can also object.
  12. Complaints
    If there are any complaints about the processing of personal data, we ask you to contact us about this. If we can not find a solution together, we find that very regrettable. You have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority, this is the supervisory authority in the area of privacy.
